At Himalayan Nectar, we take great pride in the purity and quality of our products. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you purchase from us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items purchased directly from our official website or authorized distributors are eligible for return or refund.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used jars of Shilajit unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers (please contact them directly).

  • Gift cards or promotional items received for free.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@himalayannectar.com.au

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.


4. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our support team at contact@himalayannectar.com.au or +61 499 847 968 to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is due to reasons other than damage or defect.


6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an unopened product for a different pack size, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any difference in cost and additional shipping fees.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@himalayannectar.com.au
